GENERAL RATES:
We have a flat shipping rate for South and North Islands, the only difference is between urban and rural shipping across New Zealand.

If you do live at a rural address, please ensure to select rural shipping at the checkout to save us from having to follow you up for the extra payment.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are packed daily and any orders placed before 3pm will be processed and shipped next day (excluding weekends)
We aim to get your order on it’s way within 24-48 hours, but it can take a bit longer if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
All orders will be sent out using a tracked service and we will provide you with a tracking code etc. by email (or text message if you have selected this preference at checkout )

Please allow delays for public holidays and rural address.
DAMAGES
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to goodkarma.co.nz@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within New Zealand.
For International delivery please contact us via Contact form, or by direct message in official social media, or via Business WhatsApp +6422507073 and we will try to find a personal solution to send you +Good Karma+ stuff outside New Zealand.
